Who am I?
I’m Carrie Allegretti. I spent 30 years as an HR executive — most recently as a Global SVP. I’ve been in the rooms where workforce decisions get made. I’ve seen the data, the spreadsheets, and the politics behind who gets cut and who gets kept.
I’m not anti-AI. I’m pro-human. And I believe the women who understand what’s actually happening — and position themselves accordingly — are the ones who will not just survive this moment, but lead through it.
